At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to: 

  1. Recognize the utility and functionality of statewide vaccine registries in improving vaccination rates.
  2. Interpret real-time vaccination data to understand trends in vaccination rates in your practice, and use that data to implement practice improvements.
  3. Explain unique strategies school-based health centers use to vaccinate adolescents in rural communities.
  4. Review how school-based health centers can leverage vaccination data to improve vaccination rates in adolescents.
